Wine 100% Tempranillo. It has a year of aging in French and American oak barrels and six additional months in the bottle. The longest macerations stand out to achieve a wine with great structure and balance between fruit and wood.
Vineyard
The height and its unique terrain and location conditions make them vineyards of exceptional quality. For the most part it is made up of old vines, over 25 years old and they are parceled out so that the vocation of the grape is determined for each type of wine.
Tasting
Attractive bright cherry colour. On the nose, the varietal aromas of red fruit such as raspberry, cherries and spices stand out. On the palate it has a silky and friendly entry with a sweetly tannic burst and a long finish.
Pairing
Versatile and easy to pair with meats, semi-cured and Iberian cheeses.
