This wine bears the name of its creator and is the alma mater of the winery. Previously, it named crianza and reserva wines that way, but since the '98 vintage it has enjoyed exclusivity.
Elegant and subtle, marked by a very low production that produces the best essences. It's a wine powerful, balanced and with an unearthly elegance. With the aromas of tempranillo polished with aging, the notes of wood appear in the background fused with the personality of the variety. The mouth is a reflection of the nose, powerful and fleshy but with a honeyed and polished tannin.
It is made with grapes of the variety 100% Tempranillo, or also called Tinto Fino. Its fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, with a subsequent Aging in French and American oak barrels.
