A wine that is born from the meticulous search for old vines in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, where Raúl Acha and his team selected 39 plots of Tempranillo and some Mazuelo vine to produce 312 barrels. The result is 89,930 bottles and 1,700 magnums of a wide, meaty and fresh wine.
Varietal: Tempranillo and Mazuelo
Aging: 14 months of aging in new and second-use French (40%) and Hungarian (60%) oak barrels. A total of 312 225-liter barrels are produced (of which 89,930 75cl bottles and 1,700 magnums have been bottled).
Harvest: Manual harvest in October
Vineyard: 18 hectares of vineyards selected in different plots of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, at an average altitude of 530 m
Elaboration: 2 weeks of maceration. Controlled fermentation that ends at less than 28 degrees.
Grade: 14% Vol.

Visual: Medium layer and attractive garnet color
Nose: Spicy and smoked notes provided by the mixture of oaks of different origins and a very good ripe fruit in which Tempranillo and Mazuelo come together to add complexity.
Mouth: Wide, meaty and fresh, pleasant, long and balanced wine. Great sample of the great terroirs of the municipality of San Vicente.
