Description

Varieties 100% Tinta de Toro.

Alcoholic grade 14.5% Vol.

Vineyards Selection of Tinta de Toro vineyards between 70 and 80 years old, with very low production, settled on poor lands and cultivated following biodynamic techniques.

Vintage Manual harvest during the first half of October and transport to the winery in boxes and in small trailers.

Elaboration The fermentation has been carried out in concrete tanks of 15,000 kg capacity, with temperature control, to avoid exceeding 24 degrees, thus maintaining the fruit and freshness that characterizes this wine. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. This wine has not been filtered or clarified following aggressive methods, to preserve its natural characteristics.

Tasting note He came with a great cape and a purple color, which denotes his youth. It has an intense aroma in which black fruits stand out, such as blackberries and blueberries, dominating over red fruits and the mineral notes that also appear, giving rise to a fresh but complex wine. Fruity sensations dominate the palate again and a full-bodied wine is perceived, which at the same time leaves a pleasant sweet sensation, provided by the ripeness of the grape from which it comes.
