Nuviana Rosado a fruity, fresh and original wine. With grapes coming entirely from the Nuviana vineyards. 55% Syrah, 45% Cabernet Saugvignon.
It is an ideal wine to drink with white meats, gratin vegetables, pasta, rice, mushrooms, smoked meats, soups, creams, charcuterie, omelettes, peppers.
TASTING NOTES OF NUVIANA ROSADO 2017:
Raspberry pink color, bright and clean.
On the nose, the intense fruity notes of currant and wild strawberries stand out.
In the mouth there is a good balance between structure and acidity. Of remarkable persistence, the floral and fruity notes that are reminiscent of red fruits stand out.
