Description
It has a golden hue with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense and complex, with notes of tropical fruit and stone, such as peach, with touches of citrus and pleasant herbaceous notes. On the palate it is fine and elegant, with a very balanced mid palate, with slight bitter nuances. It has a long finish with herbaceous notes.
It pairs very well with appetizers, fish-based dishes, fideua, rice, pasta, smoked, soft and creamy cheeses, white meats.
