Kind: Young White Wine
Varieties: 100% Verdejo. Own and controlled vineyards owned by the family, located in La Seca, glass plantations and ages ranging between 35 and 45 years.
Elaboration: Manual and selected harvest, subsequent passage through cold equipment, pre-fermentation maceration between 18-24 hours and later fermentation at low temperature with neutral yeast to maintain the identity of the variety. After fermentation, constant work is carried out with its lees for a period of 2 months.
