Elaboration Fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks in tanks of 15,000 kilos. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, in the same way as the aging, which takes place for 14 months. It is a wine that has not undergone any filtering process and that has been clarified without using aggressive processes.
Tasting note The Recio is a corpulent wine of great finesse. Nose with an intense aroma of chocolate, black fruits and vanilla. In the mouth it has a surprising, silky and round taste, very unctuous with slight hints of glycerin. Subtle aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes. It is a powerful and full-bodied wine, but at the same time easy to drink.
